- We helped an east coast Internet start-up company with its domain and intellectual property program in anticipation of a major round of venture capital financing.
- We act as in-house counsel for a major Detroit Internet service provider negotiating with other technology companies concerning such matters as service agreements, strategic alliance contracts, cease and desist programs on intellectual property violations and numerous domain issues.
