Jordan Ascione was born and raised here in Northern Michigan. She graduated from Michigan State University in 2014 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Philosophy of Law. She then moved to Chicago, Illinois to pursue her legal education. She graduated with her Juris Doctor from UIC John Marshall in 2018.
Ms. Ascione has successfully mediated countless cases both pre and post litigation. She also has experience in both family and criminal law, representing clients in child custody matters and property division disputes, as well as successfully defending clients with charges ranging from misdemeanor theft to attempted murder. Ms. Ascione’s practice areas include creditor’s rights litigation, family law, criminal law and general civil litigation.
She has spent much of her career volunteering with at-risk youth and indigent victims of domestic violence. Ms. Ascione currently lives in Williamsburg, Michigan with her dog Vinnie. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, and spending time with her family.
